I am using a "wiki" content management system to keep our website as simple as possible. Simple for authoring and updating, that is. For a reader, this works the same as the wikipedia project. Just do not click on the tabs on top of the pages. They are meant for editors. And if there is a red link like this, then the page it refers too is not ready yet. It's no use clicking on red links.
